How we work

In order to be able to plant biblically sound churches, we are convinced that the Bible should be communicated and understood in the language of the heart. Therefore, our staff learns the language as well as the culture of the respective people group. This can only be done by building good relationships and friendships.

For unwritten languages, an alphabet must first be developed and the grammar deciphered in order to teach people to read and write in their own language. Over time, our staff train local people as teachers. Those who are literate are then able to read the Word of God for themselves, grow spiritually and teach others without needing to be dependent on the missionary.

Unreached people groups have no concept of the God of the Bible. That is why our Bible teaching begins at the beginning, where God also began His history with humankind. God‘s way of salvation builds up logically and comprehensibly when the Bible is taught chronologically.

First, the Bible passages needed for chronological Bible teaching are translated. As time goes on, work is done to complete the New Testament. The goal is to translate as much of the Bible as possible into each language.

After God has given a church of young believers, an intensive journey of discipleship begins. Helping individuals learn what it means to apply God‘s Word to their lives and follow Jesus.

We follow the example of fulfilling the Great Commission, from the first Christians, in the book of Acts. Our desire is for the indigenous church to grow in maturity, through God’s Word and His Spirit, and also to carry out the task of taking the message of the Bible to others who have never heard.
