Ethnos360 will work in partnership with you and your church. We will provide the specialized training you need and help you find the role God has prepared for you in the network of missionaries who make unreached peoples ministries possible.

Special challenges require special preparation. Ethnos360 specialized training can take anywhere from one to four years, depending on your previous Bible education and your future career missionary role.

- Qualifications
- Assurance of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ
- Agreement with Ethnos360's statement of faith and preliminary guestionnaire which we will be happy to send you both upon request via the following email
- Completion of Apprenticeship
- Successful completion of Ethnos360's specialized "training" program.
- Desire to be part of a team effort to evangelize unreached people groups
- High moral character with positive references
- A personal lifestyle free from destructive behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse or pornography
- Involvement in a local church, and the backing of its leadership
- No divorce or remarriage after salvation
- No unsecured debt such as credit card debt
- Good physical, emotional and mental health including obtaining required vaccinations*
- Willingness to trust God for financial and material needs
- Willingness to commit to long-term service

- Where does Ethnos360 have opportunities for missionaries?
You'll find opportunities everywhere Ethnos360 missionaries are: Latin America, Africa and Asia-Pacific, as well as North America, Europe and Australia. Locations vary, from isolated jungles to bustling cities, hot lowlands to cool mountainsides, and lush rainforests to arid areas. The climate varies accordingly. Most locations offer gorgeous scenery. All provide great opportunity for cultural awareness and enrichment.

- What about childcare and schooling for school children?
Depending on the country of deployment, there are individual solutions for families on how they can educate their children. Experienced staff are there to help and advise you.
- What is the wife's role as an Ethnos360 staff?
Ethnos360 sees family as an integral part of ministry. A key portion of the ministry missionaries have in the community at large is the example they set in living out their beliefs in the context of a healthy family lifestyle. Parents must seek God’s wisdom in working out the harmony of serving in ministry as they lead their family.
Ethnos360 expects a commitment of both husband and wife to ministry. However, what that ministry looks like will vary depending on individual family needs and abilities.
- Do Ethnos360 long-term staff get a salary?
All staff live by trusting God for their financial needs. The donations received for an missionary from his sending community and circle of friends are credited to his account within Ethnos360 and he is employed for this.
