Support short-term workers

Lapilo in Papua New Guinea – the small mission clinic in the highlands is the point of contact for health issues and emergencies for the more than 600 Ethnos employees (including children) in the country.

The neighborhood and local workers at the mission station are also cared for. With 0.6 doctors per 10,000 inhabitants, healthcare is virtually non-existent. We are therefore very grateful to be able to run this clinic. Can you imagine a hospital without laboratory testing? No, because then only very limited diagnostic options remain.

Recently, the clinic's laboratory machine broke down. Despite intensive efforts, it cannot be repaired, and the clinic therefore needs a replacement in order to continue operating. The purchase cost for a new machine is just under €7,000. Would you be willing to help with the purchase costs?
